Here at SINCERESPONSE, the safety and well-being of children is our top priority. To ensure their protection, all staff members who directly interact with children in our program complete Enhanced DBS Checks specifically designed for working with children and vulnerable adults. These comprehensive checks include a criminal record search, barred list checks, and a check for any relevant cautions or warnings. We require all staff to complete this process before they begin working with children.
