Safeguarding Policy

Safeguarding Policy

Sinceresponse C.I.C. 12197595

The purpose and scope of this policy statement

We are a private organisation creating safer streets and communities by keeping our youth away from drug dealing, knife, and gun crime. We work directly with the community and youth via an App. The children of today use mobile phones to communicate so what better way to get in touch with them?

We promote integrity and help to restore positive family values.
We know the youth cannot be blamed entirely and the problem has a lot to do with neglect from us as parents and our community.
Our community has a responsibility to always engage by constantly reminding the youth of positivity and education to better oneself.
We are active in the community helping parents who are having problems with their children.
Our main goal is to help the youth and ex-offenders as well as people wanting a way out by providing positive alternatives and opportunities.

The purpose of this policy statement is:

  • to protect children and young people who receive Sinceresponse’s services from harm. This includes the children of adults who use our services
  • to provide staff and volunteers, as well as children and young people and their families, with the overarching principles that guide our approach to child protection.

This policy applies to anyone working on behalf of Sinceresponse, including senior managers and the board of trustees, paid staff, volunteers, sessional workers, agency staff, and students

Legal framework

This policy has been drawn up on the basis of legislation, policy, and guidance that seeks to protect children in England.
